RC Motorsports Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your order in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping terms comply with standard e-commerce practices and Moroccan regulations where applicable.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Order Changes: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee adjustments once an order has shipped.
2. Domestic and International Shipping
- Domestic Shipping (Morocco): Estimated delivery is within 2-5 business days.
- International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international locations, with estimated delivery times of 7-14 business days. Note that customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees upon delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Full rates and estimated times are available at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility. Check with your country’s customs office for further details.
