Shipping

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Morocco only. We do not ship internationally. If you are outside Morocco and want to order, email us at info@rc-motorsports.com and we will tell you whether we can arrange something.

2. Processing and delivery

  • Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
  • Delivery within Morocco normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • These are estimates. Our binding commitment is below.

3. Our delivery commitment

We will deliver your order within 30 days of confirming it, as required by Moroccan consumer law. If we cannot, we will tell you before that deadline and you may cancel the order for a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid. The refund is made within 15 days of your cancellation.

4. Shipping costs

We charge a flat delivery rate anywhere in Morocco, whatever the size of your order. You choose your carrier at checkout:

  • DHL Standard — 55 MAD
  • Amana Express — 105 MAD

The full amount is shown before you confirm and pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

5. If a parcel is lost, late or damaged

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If your parcel does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you.

You do not need to make a claim against the carrier yourself. Chasing the carrier is our job, not yours.

6. Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched — just email us and we will confirm. Once the parcel is with the carrier we can no longer stop it, but you still have your legal right to cancel after delivery, which is set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.

7. Restricted items

Some products, particularly lithium-polymer batteries, are subject to carrier restrictions and cannot travel by every service. If we cannot ship something to your address, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
