Terms of Service

1. Who you are buying from

This website, rc-motorsports.com, is operated by ODDI minds SARL, trading as RC Motorsports, 12 Khalid Ibn El Oualid, 90000 Tangier, Morocco. Our full company registration details are on our Contact page. When you place an order, your contract is with ODDI minds SARL.

2. Using this website

By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms. The version of these Terms in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order — later changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

3. Age

The person placing the order and paying must be 18 or over. Our products are enjoyed by younger drivers, and that is welcome — but a parent or guardian must place the order and hold the account. We do not knowingly create accounts for people under 18.

4. Products

We sell Traxxas radio-controlled vehicles, spare parts and accessories for personal and recreational use. We describe every product as accurately as we can, but photographs and colours may differ slightly from the item you receive, and manufacturers change specifications without notice.

We may limit the quantity of any item on a single order, and we may decline orders that appear to be for commercial resale. If you want to buy for resale, contact us about trade terms rather than ordering through the site.

5. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include TVA at the applicable rate. Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
• We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or if there has been a clear pricing or description error on the site. If we cancel, we refund you in full within 15 days and we do not charge you anything.
• If we get a price wrong, we do not simply keep your money. We will contact you, tell you the correct price, and let you choose whether to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

6. Payment

Orders are paid by bank transfer (virement). Payment details are provided when you order, and we prepare your order once the funds arrive. Refunds are returned to the account the payment came from.

If we add other payment methods, we will update this section before they go live.

7. Returns, refunds and guarantees

Your right to cancel, our returns policy and the legal guarantee against defects are all set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms reduces the rights Moroccan consumer law gives you.

8. Safe use, and the limits of our responsibility

Radio-controlled vehicles are not toys. They are fast, they have moving parts, and most of them are powered by lithium-polymer batteries that can catch fire if they are damaged, over-discharged, or charged unattended or with the wrong charger. Read the manual that comes with your model, use a charger rated for your battery, charge on a non-flammable surface, and never leave a battery charging unattended.

We are responsible to you for loss or damage we cause by breaking this contract or by failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for:

• damage resulting from crashing, racing, modification, tuning, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions;
• damage from incorrect charging, storage or handling of batteries;
• loss of profit or business losses, since our products are sold for personal use;
• temporary unavailability of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for a defective product, or for fraud. No clause on this page can take away a right that Moroccan law gives you.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photographs and layout of this website belong to ODDI minds SARL and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission. Traxxas and other manufacturer names, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify the goods we sell.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date it came into force. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law, and disputes fall to the Moroccan courts. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are settled faster by email than by anyone's lawyer. You keep every right you have under Loi 31-08 to bring a consumer complaint regardless of this clause.
